President and CEO of Achieve Architecture, LLP, Ms. Goodwin is an experienced Project Manager and Designer offering extensive work experience nationally and abroad for many types of built environment projects; serving private and government clientele. Achieve Architecture derives its name from our unique ability to bring to your project such a diverse knowledge base. Although Ms. Goodwin’s career in architecture began in Buffalo, she has worked on projects in other cities, (Chicago, Denver, and Philadelphia), other states (Colorado, Illinois, Wyoming, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, North Carolina), and other countries (Saudi Arabia and China). Ms. Goodwin is recognized by Business First as one or our region’s top women executives. Further, Ms. Goodwin serves as a leader in her community and her profession. She promotes early detection and research in cancer as a Director on the Board of the Western New York Regional Office of the American Cancer Society. As co-coordinator of Buffalo 360 she sponsored a grass-roots networking community bringing suburban and urban professionals together to downtown Buffalo venues. She also served as President of the AIA Buffalo/Western New York Chapter. During her tenure the chapter added 125 new members, 35 new allied members, launched continuing education programs free for members, instituted an Education Committee to locally track CE credits, established a webpage and reinstated the AIA Buffalo/WNY Newsletter.
